I sat on my couch to watch tv, or at my computer to work for over two decades without giving a thought to my deteriorating health and expanding waistline. At 400+ lbs. I still labored under the delusion that I could perform the same physical task I used to be able to at half my age, then one fine day I tried actually doing some of them. The result was a shock to both my mind and body. I was an absolute wreck of a human being, so I began researching the latest trends in dieting and exercise. That was a little over two months ago, now I’m on a low carb (not keto) diet, and exercise daily to build muscle. The result is a loss of more than 30 pounds and a wellspring of new found energy.
I’m writing this blog to hopefully help others achieve their goals too, by pointing to resources I’ve found helpful on my journey. And to offer encouragement to those who’ve found this blog that it is possible even at the ripe old age of 50 to lose that extra weight and start feeling much better overall in your daily life.
My first suggestion is an excellent resource I found online. I believe they are even giving away a free ebook for a limited time. If you are interested in losing weight, especially that horrible belly fat, the bane of my existence, please check out the link below.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Hopefully it will be the first of many
